As a hobby I build and fly remote controlled air planes. Although most of these planes start as kits, I enjoy finding the electronics and putting them all together. It is great fun to take these the park and fly.

Quadcopter

The dream of having an aerial video rig has been long desired, but recently come true. We started years ago striving for a octocopter to carry DSLRs, but after that failure we created our current quadcopter to carry a GoPro.

Teleprompter

In December of 2014, my friend and I built a custom teleprompter for our Canon DSLR cameras. After designing the parts in Solid Works, we build the device out of aluminum and ABS plastic.
